We had the misfortune to have our drivers door mirror smashed whilst VW Touareg was parked. Not just the glass but the body as well. Making our way back to our caravan we came across Blue Anchor Bay garage and stopped to see if they could help. I have to say that it is rare to receive such good customer service these days. They worked on the mirror for about an hour and were able to cobble together some parts to give me a functioning mirror so that I could go on my way. They also ordered parts for the next day but with no obligation to return. I did return the next day and the parts duly arrived and were immediately fitted. The invoice was for the parts only and the previous days labour was free because I needed help.

Dan is an amazing person, so patient, especially with me , I couldn't sort out my DAB radio, in my beautiful mini, but he eventually sorted me out , nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly recommend Blue Anchor Garage !!!!

Recently purchased a car from the Blue Anchor garage and I'm so pleased. A great well maintained car. Easy, comfortable and responsive drive made effortless by the electronic power assisted steering.
Dan and the guys were helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable at every stage of the purchase. They kept me informed when a technical popped up and it was soon fixed.

We decided to change our fuel guzzling high cost (road tax) 4x4 for something less poverty inducing. Dan, the manager could not have been easier to deal with and negotiate with. We believe that we achieved a win-win deal.

I contacted Blue Anchor Bay regarding a car I'd seen on their website and spoke with Dan.
Dan has excellent customer skills, we discussed the car in great detail. As I live in Worcestershire, Dan sent me service history details and additional photos of the car via WhatsApp. We agreed the sale and the whole process was seamless, Dan took care of everything, servicing, road fund licensing and delivery. I received excellent service from Blue Anchor Bay. I would definitely recommend.
